Dear USA, happy birthday!
In addition to congratulating you on your independence and also helping to inspire democracy as a viable form of government around the world, I’d like to recommend a book I think you’ll enjoy, “People’s History Of The United States” by Howard Zinn. Many of you may have read it before, but if you haven’t, it’s a very inspiring look from the perspective of regular folks and their role in pivotal moments in U.S. history rather than just the stories of Presidents and other “leaders”.
Enjoy your day, wear sunscreen, and please don’t blow off your fingers with fireworks!
